1. How can I place an order on Female Look?
Placing an order is simple:

Browse your favorite product.

Select your size and click “Add to Cart.”

Go to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and choose a payment method.

Once the payment is complete, you’ll get a confirmation email and order ID.
2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and access offers faster.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment modes:

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing your order or before it is shipped.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation or modification isn’t possible.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within:

5–9 business days in other locations
You’ll get an email/SMS with your tracking link once your order is shipped.
6. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID and courier link.
You can also check your order status on our website under “Track Order” by entering your Order ID or Tracking Number.
7. What are your shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a small delivery charge of ₹79–₹99 may apply.
COD orders may include an extra handling fee.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry if that happens!
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item — please share an unboxing video and pictures within 24 hours of delivery at femalelook.shop@gmail.com.
We’ll quickly resolve it by arranging a replacement or refund as per our policy.
9. Do you offer exchanges for size issues?
Yes, we offer size exchanges on eligible products.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags.
Email us within 7 days of delivery and our team will guide you through the exchange process.
10. Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

11. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if your product is damaged or unavailable, a refund will be initiated to your original payment mode within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.

14. What should I do if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?
Don’t worry!
In most cases, failed payments are automatically reversed to your bank account within 5–7 working days.
If not, email us with your transaction details, and we’ll help you check the status.
15. Are all your products original and quality checked?
Yes, 100%.
Every product listed on Female Look is authentic, freshly manufactured, and passes through a strict quality control process before dispatch.
16. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we do.

17. Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular products are often restocked.
You can click the “Notify Me” option on the product page to get an alert when it’s back in stock.
18. What if I entered the wrong address?
If your order is not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.
Once shipped, address changes are not possible — the parcel will return to us if undelivered.
