We’re dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently — right to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders all over India, including major cities, towns, and pin codes through trusted courier partners.

Our logistics partners include leading courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and India Post, ensuring smooth and timely delivery across the country.

(Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.)

2. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

  • During festive seasons, sale periods, or high-order volume, dispatch time may extend slightly.

  • You’ll receive an email and SMS notification once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link.

3. Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–9 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive deliveries faster (3–5 days), while remote or rural areas might take longer.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking ID and courier link via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your shipment anytime from the “Track Order” page on our website using your order number or AWB number.

If your tracking details aren’t updated for more than 48 hours, contact us — we’ll help you right away.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If you miss all delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for the second delivery attempt.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude the original shipping charge.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).

  • A small shipping fee of ₹79–₹99 may apply for prepaid orders below ₹999.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional service fee, displayed during checkout.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on most pin codes.

  • Before shipping, our team may call or message to verify your order.

  • Please ensure your mobile number is reachable and address details are accurate.

  • Refusal or non-acceptance of COD parcels may lead to COD service restriction for future orders.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim for on-time delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Courier delays or remote location delivery

  • Unreachable contact number or incorrect address

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please email us at femalelook.shop@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll check with the courier partner.

9. Wrong / Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:

  • Please do not accept it from the courier.

  • Immediately inform us via email within 24 hours of delivery attempt.

  • Once verified, we will resend your order or issue a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before confirming the order.
Female Look will not be responsible for failed deliveries or extra charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of our third-party courier partner.
We monitor all shipments but cannot control courier operations after dispatch.
Rest assured, we’re always available to coordinate on your behalf if any issue arises.

13. Shipping During Sales & Festivals

During sale events or festive offers, processing and delivery may take slightly longer due to heavy order volume.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
