Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We carefully check every product before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and cancellations work.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• You raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products purchased during Sale or Clearance Offers.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Minor color or texture variations — these occur due to studio lighting or screen resolution and are not considered defects.

2. Return / Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps:

1. Raise a Request
   Email us at femalelook.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
   Please include:

   • Your Order Number

   • Reason for return/exchange

   • Unboxing video or product images clearly showing the issue

2. Wait for Approval
   Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
   Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.

3. Ship the Item Back
   Send the product to the address provided by our team.
   Customers are requested to self-ship the item in its original condition.

4. Verification & Processing
   After receiving your return, our quality team will inspect the product.
   Once verified, we will initiate either:

   • Exchange dispatch, or

   • Refund as per policy

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• The product you ordered is out of stock.

• You received a defective or wrong item, and a replacement is unavailable.

• Your order was cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons.

Refund Method:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Prepaid orders) or via Bank/UPI transfer within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Note:

• Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Refund amount will exclude return shipping cost (if any).

4. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange if:

• You received a wrong size or product.

• The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

We will ship the replacement item after receiving and verifying the original product.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at femalelook.shop@gmail.com or messaging on +91 9999999999.
If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

After Shipping:

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return once it’s delivered (subject to policy conditions).

6. Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If you received a wrong or damaged item:

• Please share an unboxing video and clear pictures of the parcel within 24 hours of delivery.

• Without video proof, such claims cannot be accepted (to prevent misuse).

7. Non-Returnable Categories

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Accessories (jewellery, belts, scarves, etc.)

• Innerwear or lingerie

• Items purchased on clearance or sale

• Customized or made-to-order pieces

8. Shipping & Handling for Returns

• The customer must bear return shipping costs unless the product was defective or wrong.

• For approved defective/wrong item cases, Female Look may provide reverse pickup (where serviceable).

• Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
